Every Blogger blog have a navbar on the top of the blog. Many people prefer to use it to sign in to their blogs but most want to remove it. Just follow these steps...
1- Log in to Blogger | Dashboard | Layout | Edit HTML.
2- Find ]]></b:skin> and paste .Navbar {display: none !important;} right before it.
3- Now it should look like this:
.Navbar {display: none !important;}
]]></b:skin>
4- Save your template and you're done.
