All templates are packed in a compressed archive like .rar and .zip, here is a simple tutorial on opening these files.
1- Go to http://www.7-zip.org/ and download 7-zip software.
Tip: Download .exe type file for 32- bit Windows.
2- Install the software on your computer.
3- Open your compressed archives in 7-zip and extract data.
4- Use your .XML template file.
